DELIVERY INFORMATION

1. We ship our products to several countries but the shipping calculation process is different depending on the destination:

– To mainland Portugal the value of shipping costs is automatically calculated in your shopping cart at the end of the purchase process.

– To the autonomous regions of Madeira and Azores, shipments are calculated manually and by order. Please select and add the products to buy to the shopping cart and at the end enter the destination address and contacts as requested. Provided with this information we will proceed with the shipping quote for your order within up to five working days.

– To Spain the value of shipping costs is automatically calculated in your shopping cart at the end of the purchase process.

– International shipments to other countries are calculated manually and by order. Please select and add the products to buy to the shopping cart and at the end enter the destination address and contacts as requested. Provided with this information we will proceed with the shipping quote for your order within up to five working days.

 

2. The delivery of the products will be made by dedicated carriers and will be made at the point of delivery address or at the point that is closest and accessible by the vehicles used to transport. The goods transported on pallets have as delivery point the sidewalk and the obligation of the carrier and the driver ends at that point. Make sure you can receive a pallet delivery whenever applicable.

 

3. Delivery can be made on weekdays from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 7 pm.

 

4. Upon receipt of the order, the Customer or named receiver must verify the integrity and the good reception of the goods. In case of any anomaly, the Customer must immediately indicate this fact in writing on the delivery receipt of the carrier. For more information please read our Terms and Conditions or contact us.
